The Dress

This gown was truly magical. I absolutely love it, but it deserves another chance to be worn again! This dress was everything I wanted and more for my wedding day! The lace is so very beautiful in person and photographed wonderfully. Most importantly, I felt comfortable (it feels so light) and confident all night in a wonderfully made gown.

That train, that lace, this dress is the epitome of elegance. The dress has a Ball Gown style silhouette with a sweetheart strapless neckline, internal corset, dropped waist, and zip closure in the back of the bodice. The full skirt comes with internal horsehair construction for skirt fullness and drapes, as well as a magnificent lace train.

There is also a custom-made Alexandra Bolero which is removable from the dress (You can see in the pictures). I chose to remove the bolero after the ceremony for the dinner which made it look like another dress and exuded a different vibe! It has pearl button details on the sleeves and a beautiful back design!

About the "Alexandra"
The "Alexandra" is a dreamy, romantic dress from Monique Lhuillier's 2018 Spring Collection (made in 2022). I saw this dress and was immediately drawn to the gentle and delicate lace and the sweetheart neckline which was so flattering. It was purchased at San Francisco Bridal Galleria.

Condition
The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned. Since my wedding was indoors, there was almost no signs of wear on the dress. There was some minor dust on the hem but the dry-cleaning has removed it.
Some alterations had been done on the dress.

Price
For the price listed, I will include the dress, the custom-made Bolero and a beautiful sheer white veil which goes with the dress for free. This veil costs $600. I did consider having a lace veil, but when I tried it on, it felt like too much, so this simple veil felt perfect.
