The Dress

Netta BenShabu RIVER Dress from the 'LA JOIE DE VIVRE' Collection, Fall 2021 – the embodiment of my wedding dreams! This gown combines charm, sensuality, and timeless beauty. I was showered with compliments all night, and to this day, my loved ones can't stop obsessing about my wedding dress!

What makes this dress special is the custom beaded waist belt, instead of the original velvet belt. The shoulder straps feature custom clasps, allowing you to easily wear them on or off the shoulders. The dress has blush undertones and a translucent bodice, paired with an ivory-lined skirt.

The dress is bustled and kept the long train secure throughout the night. I also had a custom full overskirt created to perfectly complement the dress. Crafted with French beaded Chantilly lace, soft tulle, and a layer of dazzling sequins, this detachable skirt adds a touch of mesmerizing sparkle. The custom-made cathedral veil by Netta herself made with embroidery that matches the appliqués on the dress.

The package includes not only the exquisite River dress but also the personalized River cathedral veil, and the custom full overskirt adorned with French Chantilly lace.This dress is a dream come true for a bride seeking a dynamic two-in-one look!

For reference, I had a bust of 36, a waist of 34, and a hip measurement of 36. The dress is a size 36T. My height is 5'6" and I wore 4-inch heels. I left extra fabric allowing the dress to elegantly pool without revealing my feet.
