The Dress
This dress was purchased from The White Dress in CDM, Newport Beach, CA in 2019 for $11,000. This silk couture trumpet dress stole my heart immediately when I saw it and I knew it was the one!
It has cap sleeves that rest just on the tip of the shoulder and a v-neck that shows just a little bit of cleavage (very classy sexy). It is fitted through the body with a flare of drama as the bottom flows out at the knee and pulls a good-sized train (about 5 ft. long). The dress has a very light ivory layer underneath and is covered with a delicate, bright white re-embroidered silk lace with silver lace details and tiny beads, hand beaded, that create a subtle sparkle when the dress catches the light.
Something that cannot be overstated is how beautiful the details of this dress are. The lace is absolutely gorgeous with three different patterns combined to create the most beautiful design. The beads are so tiny they are almost invisible, but they give off this subtle sparkle in the light that pictures just cannot do justice.
This dress is classy and elegant enough to make you feel like a beautiful bride, but has a sexiness to it that shows off your figure in all the right ways. When I put this dress on, I immediately thought "my fiance is going to die when he sees me!" And full disclosure, he did! I really felt like a princess wearing this dress. Congratulations on your engagement! I know you will love wearing this dress as much as I did.

Alterations
I lowered the back on this dress and removed the butterfly wings. I had to take up the hem as I am 5'2.5" and wore 3 inch heels.
