The Dress

Rembo Styling Dress (Gypsy Soul) altered to make it unique and to fit to personal taste.

This has been worn once for my wedding day and would love for somebody else to enjoy it like I did! It was so light and comfortable to wear, and also doesn't crease at all so such an easy dress to wear!

My wedding was in a marquee in a garden by the coast so the bottom did have some dirt on the bottom from this, however i have now had it professionally dry cleaned and the majority of the dress looks as good as new. There are a few remaining dirty marks on the bottom , and the very bottom 1/2 cm of the skirt does look a bit worn so you might want to have this trimmed off but this should be a straight forward alteration and should get rid of any signs of wear.

One boob cup also needs stitching back on, a very minor job though it just came off in the dry cleaning process.

This is a halter neck dress with criss cross straps. It has delicate embroidery on the top part of the dress with a tulle skirt with leaf detail in the material.

Alterations

Key alterations included: Tassels and trim material removed from the front detail, train reduced slightly, taken in to fit better, straps strengthened to hold in place, waist section moved to pull in and create a clearer A-line look.

This was originally a size 12 that was altered to a size 8.
