The Dress

This dress makes you feel like a princess! The silk/mikado material is beautiful and lightweight; the color is ivory/white with a slight shimmery undertone. The waist is very slimming/flattering (in contrast with the lightweight but voluminous A-line skirt), yet comfortable to wear all day. I didn't have to worry about sucking in at all because the dress does the work for you. The train is chapel length and has been tailored so that it can bustle. There are beautiful buttons all the way down the train.

The dress was professionally dry cleaned right after it was worn and the outside is in excellent condition. The inside/bottom of the dress is slightly dirty from walking outside to take wedding pictures (note: this is not visible on the outside on the dress.)

Alterations

The dress was originally a size 10 in wedding dress sizes, and I had it tailored to a size 8. For reference, I am typically a size 2 (5' 8'' and 123lbs).
