The Dress

Minimalist yet sophisticated, made for the bride who wants to make a striking, chic statement. This strapless Mikado (fabric) mermaid gown features a clean and classic sweetheart neckline with bespoke detachable sleeves.

A contrast to the front of the gown is the jaw-dropping sheer white boned back and beautiful buttons cascading down to the hem of the dress.

The dress is able to be bustled, there is a sheer button on the mid-bottom of the gown which attaches to a loop above the knee. Having worn the dress I'd advise another more secure loop added or buy a bustle clip (just my opinion) at the same time the dress is altered to fit.

1 am 165cm and wore 5cm heels.

Alterations

the dress was taken in at the bust by 1.5 - 2 inches on each side. I am usually a b/c cup but there was room and there are cups inside the dress, so these could be removed to allow for a bigger cup size also if required.

the hip was taken in a little 1/2 on each side. the bottom of the dress was also taken up to fit my height as listed.

Bespoke sleeves were added and attach via invisible poppers on the inside of the dress.
