New and no alterations!! This is a stunning dress off of the runway!! Bought the unworn sample dress for my wedding but decided to go with a different style. This listing is for the dress only and not the overskirt. The dress is in perfect condition, but there is a VERY small pull near the zipper but easily to fix.
