The Dress

Selling my dream wedding gown in the hopes that someone else can get as much joy out of it as I did.
This Essence of Australia ballgown was so comfortable to wear on the day and the long train and lace makes for amazing photos.

The dress has a layer of beautiful lace over the top of a shimmer layer of fabric so that your dress sparkles . And underneath is layer of tulle to give that wonderful ballgown silhouette.

The dress has been professionally drycleaned and boxed to preserve and protect its great condition.

I paid over $4000 for the dress and alterations. Selling for $1000

Alterations

The dress was taken in around the chest and hemmed up (I'm 163cm and wore short block heels). The dress was originally strapless however I had straps professional added at Gladstone Bridal. I also had Gladstone Bridal add a small amount of lace in the bust to give more coverage. I then had a full bustle added at Rachel's Custom Sewing in Toowoomba to enable the long train to be completely bustled up to make the dress a floor length gown for easy dancing! This bustle held all night and ensured I never stepped on my dress.
