The silk skirt moved beautifully and felt really soft and comfortable on my skin. I bought this dress for an elopement to Australia and due to it's floaty, cool material it is perfect for a summer or beach wedding.

There were some minor tears in the very bottom of the skirt, these have mainly been repaired but one was missed. The tear is about the size of a £1 coin and isn't noticeable in the folds of the skirt once on. It should be easily repaired by a seamstress. The repairs have slightly altered the hemming of the skirt but again, it is not noticeable unless you are looking at the hem very closely.

The dress has been professionally dry cleaned.

Alterations

The length was altered for my height - I am 5ft3 and wore 1.5 inch heels.
The straps were shortened.
