Savin London Amelia dress. Perfect condition, professionally cleaned.
Some minor alternations professionally made, sleeves have been loosened as they were very capped to make them more flowey. The dress was taken in around the bust (I am a size 10, bra size 34D and wore it with no bra) and also taken up at the front (I am 5 ft 7 and wore it with flats, so would definitely work with heels for someone shorter than me).
