The Dress
I felt like a Princess when I put this dress on! It is a beautiful and romantic A-line cut dress with an Ivory beaded and floral aplique bodice with matching floral appliqués scattered around the full tulle skirt and train. It has a flattering off the shoulder cap sleeve and v neck bodice. The skirt has a pinkish hue from the champagne colored liner. It would work well for both a traditional church or outdoor wedding.
It was never worn as I eloped to Sedona (and we had to do some 4 wheel driving and hiking to get to our spot). I decided on a dress that was lighter weight and easier to hike in!
But this one was my first love ❤️
Alterations
The dress was originally a size 14 but was cut down to a wedding dress size 10 by my excellent and very talented seamstress. It was also shortened quite a bit as I am 5’ 2”. It fit like a glove!
