The Dress

Hello bride!

This is a recently discontinued (2022) Lillian West. Stunning dress and I felt amazing in it. The illusion v-neck means you feel demure whilst sexy! The dress is a wonderful combo of traditional, with the intricate lace, and very modern with the cuts into the waist and the low illusion back. The train is Chapel length and unusual circular shape and is beautiful.

The dress has been professionally cleaned and boxed by a lady who specialises in wedding gowns.

Alterations

The train is considerable so the seamstress had to perform some magic to achieve a dance-worthy dress! There are two different bustle options built into the dress (after £200 of extra seamstress work! So you are making a saving here) The first can be seen in my dancing photos, and the second is more secure with three tie up points. Other alterations were quite standard like the hem, the fit around my bust and back and I had the seams taken out to their max size around my hips, so this could be taken in again of course if you're skinnier than I am.
