I am a size 11. Dress is size 12. Has been altered on hips & waist. Can be taken out if needed. Dress has been hemmed to fit 5ft 4in wearing 2.5 inch heels. Bussell has been applied. New, not used or worn other than fitting at seamstress and photos attached. I went back to store and bought the one off the rack that I tried on because it fits my body best.
