About the Dress

I got married at a beautiful venue in Austin, TX in September of 2022. This was the overall 3rd dress I tried on and was purchased at Pronovias at the Domain in Austin in January of 2022. The dress itself is stunning. It is so elegant and made me feel like the classic bride that I had hoped to feel like. I purchased this dress in January of 2022, and this version did not include the detachable lingerie straps that are noted in the website now. Instead, I actually had detachable spaghetti straps made out of 2 satin bridal belts, and kept them nearby on the big day in case I ever felt that the dress was riding down during my wedding so I could just quickly add the straps. I never ended up adding them on the night of as the dress felt extremely secure and never rode down. As part of the alterations I had done (primarily tightening up the waist), I did have the train fully removed so the dress is essentially one uniform length around the bottom. I didn't like the bustled look and this kept the dress clean, out of my way, and extra comfortable with the silhouette I was hoping to achieve.
All in all I couldn't have been happier with the final look of this dress and how I felt in it. I hope there is someone out there who would love to experience their special day in the same dress. It is clean and ready to go!

Alterations

Train is removed and the dress is hemmed to the same length all the way around. Detachable straps were added as well.
