The Dress
This dress is stunning! It is described by Pronovias as Off White/Crystal. The photos from my wedding day are the true colour, the photos taken on the hanger are under a more yellow light so it looks a little dark. There are three buttons missing on the back, which could be easily replaced as they are pretty standard white fabric buttons, and there is ever so slight staining under where your armpits sit as I was of course fake tanned, and even after professional cleaning this has remained slightly, but I can’t get it to come out in the photos. It is a heavy crepe type material but was still lovely to wear in a hot day. It cost £2090 at the time, and it feels very expensive to wear.
Alterations
The dress was taken in around the boobs and waist for me, as it is a size 12 to allow for my bum, but I am an 8 - 10 on top. It was also taken up slightly, so that it wouldn’t be so long I tripped up, but would still cover my feet - I am 5ft 6ins without shoes.
