The Elsie dress has detachable bows with an removable clip and is in great condition.
There is a very tiny spot (maybe 1 cm or so)on the chiffon of the dress that is off white/warm colored. It is not on the chiffon underneath.
Alterations
Straps were taken in a little bit. Measure a little over 7”. Approximately 1/2 inch of lace was hemmed from the bottom.
