The Dress

A stunning customized Galia Lahav Gale dress with a Galia Lahav cathedral length floral applique Ivory veil! This dress is the ultimate mix for a romantic and flattering timeless piece. It is the perfect combination of your curves being enhanced with the corset yet still keeping that bridal look with the dreamy skirt and detachable sleeves. From the pointed sheer corset top with lacing detail to the pannier petticoat supporting a box pleated silk tulle skirt and embellished cuffs, this one-of-a-kind modern-day ballgown is embroidered with floral appliques—with a contemporary twist.

Customizations:

1. more floral applique over corset bodice and cups to cover some of the sparse areas
2. added cups that can be removed
3. regular gale dress comes with 3 layers but added another sheer layer
4. a 3 point button bustle for the dress
5. the back is lace corset which was another custom addition
6. Added sheer lining to the bodice center with the floral applique but can be removed if you want a more exposed look.

With all these alterations/customizations it cost over $2,500 so the dress with veil was over $15,000. I wore this only for the first look, ceremony, and after the first dance I changed into a second dress.
