The Dress

Inbal Dror BR-14-11 gown, brand new (produced custom in 2021) and purchased via Helen Rodrigues Bridal Wear in Sydney, Australia. Please see proof of purchase (photo 8), for your reference.

This gown has never been worn and is in excellent condition, as new. Unfortunately I wasn't able to wear it on my wedding day in October 2022; I ordered it in March 2021 for our original wedding date in December 2021, however our wedding was postponed due to state border restrictions in place at the time. Before our new wedding date, I experienced some unforeseen health issues and was prescribed some new medications; as a result, my measurements changed from when they were originally taken and I needed to select an alternative gown to wear on the day. Thankfully, everything worked out beautifully in the end!

This gown was stored securely in a dedicated facility by Helen Rodrigues Bridal Wear for the time between it reaching Sydney, Australia (October 2021) and my final fittings (September 2022). I personally travelled with the gown from Sydney to Melbourne with a domestic airline, with the gown resting on the spare seat next to me!

Please note - the leg split may be made higher or lower as desired; the 'hook and eye' fastenings are fabric (rather than metal) and are identifiable by way of the dark-coloured threads. Please note, this thread is included for ease of dressing only, it is not part of the gown and easily removed once dressed.

Spare lace is also included; it could be attached by a tailor (possibly around the neckline, and/or the leg split) to customise further if desired.
