The Dress

I loved my wedding dress & refuse to let it sit in a wardrobe for the rest of it's life!! It was modern yet had a traditional feel, which was perfect for our wedding. The side slit made walking/sitting/any stairs really easy, plus it meant I was able to do my choreographed first dance in this dress (I added a wrist strap & a button for the train). The structured bustier bodice gave me a really flattering waist & offered enough support that I didn't have to worry about a bra (I'm a 34DD), which is essential for having a low back to the dress. The beaded appliqué on the bodice & train added such beautiful detailing which made the dress feel extra special as it subtly sparkled away!

Rime Arodaky's Erling dress was perfect for my wedding day, I was able to move, eat & dance comfortably! I adore this dress & although sad to say goodbye to it, I really hope it brings its next wearer as much joy as it did to me.

- It was purchased through Mews Bridal in Nottinghill in Summer 2021 with a longer train added to allow for plenty of room for high heels!
- Altered professionally through Dress & Alter in 2022 (straps lengthened a couple of cm's to lower the back further, the buttons were dropped down to lower the back, waist was taken in slightly)
- Worn June 2022
- Professionally dry cleaned by Bentley Garment Care Autumn 2022
