About the Dress

I'm selling my beautiful Suzanne Neville Amber wedding dress as it seems a waste to keep it when it's in such amazing condition and would be perfect for another bride who is looking for this dress for a good discount and doesn't mind that it has been worn once.

The dress was been professionally dry clean and is in very good condition. Padded cups have been added to the dress and all of the buttons up the back of the dress were strengthened by my seamstress so that when you want to loop the dress up at the back for dancing the buttons wouldn't come away. A loop which can also be worn around the wrist to hold up the dress while walking around the drinks reception was also added so there are 2 options. These alterations were done by a seamstress specialising in wedding dresses and cost €350 so you would also save on alterations with this dress as the main ones are already done.

The dress was a label 12 but I'm a size 8. The dress would fit a size 8 or 10. It was taken in on the bust and a little on the sides but the skirt part (under the corset top) was not taken in at all.

I'm 5foot 4 inches and wore 10cm heels. The sleeves were taken up very slightly in length.

Alterations

Cups added, buttons up the back were strengthened, wrist loop added to hold up train, loop added to attach to buttons at back to hold up train as a second option for dancing and walking around, taken in slightly on bust and sides, hemmed, sleeves taken up slightly. Total cost of alterations €350 but a professional wedding dress seamstress.
