The Dress

I bought this dress, which was in pristine condition, off StillWhite in 2019 and then thanks to Covid had to wait till August 2022 to wear it (2 years later than planned!).

So, it has been been worn twice and both times was the star of the show. The dress is in great condition, and deserves a third go in the limelight! It does need a dry clean which I will do once I get some interest (this is what we did when I purchased it and it worked well).

I am a high street size 10 and 169cm tall. I wore totally flat shoes on the day. I had some minor alterations (taken in and up) from a standard size 10 with extra length. It also has two bustles for the train as I forgot it already had one and had a button put in in addition to the hooks and eyes I found on the day 😂 Perfect for dancing.

Alterations

I had this dress taken in around the ribs and bust to ensure a perfect fit. Also had it slightly taken in around the hips. Would be perfect for a similar body shape of a size 10 who is smaller on top.
