The Dress

This is the Havasu Gown & Havasu Overskirt (which is normally sold separately but included here with the dress) from the Pronovias Privée | Oasis Collection released in 2022.

This dress is incredibly unique and appears tremendously different with the overskirt attached and then removed. I wore the dress for 6 hours (before changing into an after party dress seen in my profile picture) and the overskirt was worn only for the ceremony and room reveal (1.5 hours max).

My husband and I chose to have a first-look, at which point no one had seen the gown with the overskirt until the ceremony (my bridal valet quickly attached this before I walked down the aisle and the impact it had was outstanding).

The gown is impeccably elegant and has a deep sweetheart neckline supported by an inner corset and cups, and coquettish dropped shoulders.

I had the the drop shoulder lace elements sewn into the gown for it to be converted upwards (over the shoulder) for support.

It is between a mermaid and sheath-style wedding gown in ivory/ off-white with soft lace bursting with intricate flower detailing.

Alterations

The length of the gown has been altered to suit my normal height (5’6) with 5 inch platform heels. I wore the Saint Laurent Bianca Leather Knotted Platform Heels.

The dress also has removal push-up cups sewn into the bust for additional lift. I am usually a B-cup and since this dress has a slight plunge I wanted a little bit more with the sweetheart neckline. These can be removed very easily to accommodate up to a D-cup!

There is also a single button sewn into the lower part of the gown for a seamless and very secure bustle if needed (also removable).
