The Dress

Designer dress from Monique Lhuillier. Eternity Skirt and Tuberose corset 2-piece wedding gown. Bodice is a mid/low back, strapless, sweetheart neckline with full silver and ivory beading throughout. Comfortable not scratchy on the arm. Skirt is an ivory satin material with a longer train and ruching details. A great dress with you want to keep the bodice on and switch the skirt out for a second wedding look for the reception or after party. I did this for my after party! I felt amazing in this dress and it sparkled in the candle light. It felt comfortable and lightweight. Not once did I feel like I could't dance to any song wearing this dress.

I added 2 detailed recent photos of the bodice and satin skirt material to get a closer look. Recently dry cleaned only worn once. At the time I wore the dress, I was 125lbs and 5'4" tall and typically wore street size 6 at the time (sometimes a 4). I have a small frame and my heel height was about 2 inches.

Alterations

Bustle was added to the dress and alterations mad to fit my measurements and natural height + heels. Bra cups added to bodice. All alterations done on the dress were performed by the seamstresses at Monique Lhuillier.
