Purchased this dress new from a local boutique and added a layer of sparkly tulle under the top layer to add a slight shimmer! This dress made me feel so beautiful. There is a small hole in the back due to someone stepping on my dress while it was in the bustle but could easily be repaired and will happily provide pictures!

Dress was hemmed to my height [removed], American Bustle added, and a layer of shimmer tulle added.
