The Dress

Chic, sleek, and totally gorgeous. Fully lined, silk material feels like a dream. Long sleeved, backless, with a subtle but unique double slit. Never worn. Original SZ6, altered to fit me (25" bust, 29" waist, 39" hip) including the removal of the train to be an ankle length on me (5'5"). The seamstress also put in clasps to hold it a backless bra in place at each shoulder and the waist. Yes, you can wear a bra with this!! Purchased at a sample sale, and there is a slight imperfection along the back, barely visible with the dress on.

Alterations

Train removed to make dress ankle length. Otherwise altered down from a US 6 to fit my measurements, which are closer to a US 2. Small garment clasps added at each shoulder and above the waist closure.
