The Dress

I bought this dress from GLL in Venice, CA. It was a store sample, as the dress has now been discontinued. The dress is essentially new though of course it has been tried on many times. It’s a gorgeous dress but I bought it sight unseen and had it shipped to me in Hawai’i. It’s a little too big and I’m going to try to lose more weight before the wedding but I’m afraid to alter this perfect dress so I’m just going to sell it. I’m a dress size 4, and I would say this is a 6. Dress comes with box, arm bands, shoulder straps and everything else from GLL store. I paid $1200 and I never wore it, you will get it in the exact same condition I did from GLL and pay $400 less. Dress was sold new by GLL for 1800.00 plus tax/shipping. So you are getting a humongous discount for a dress that has never been worn! In terms of sizing, this was listed as a “medium” to me by the woman I worked with at GLL.

Alterations

Because it was a store sample, it had become loose in two places, the inside hook to attach the straps and the tie for the skirt. When it arrived I had both repaired by a professional tailor so it is now back into perfect condition. Nothing on the dress was altered, just reinforced. So you are saving your the cost of that too!
