The Dress

This is a gorgeous, brand-new, never-been-worn LEXI bridal dress. I bought this dress during covid lockdown in 2021 as an alternative option in case I needed to cancel my wedding and opt for a no-fuss (but still romantic!) courthouse ceremony instead. Because my original wedding was able to go ahead, I never wore this beautiful dress and I would love to pass it on to someone!

The dress has a soft, nude/blush, above knee-length underdress that is form fitted, but has quite a bit of stretch - it's very comfortable. There is no boning in the boddess, but it still holds its structure due to the thicker fabric, built-in cups in the bust, and overall good construction. The single-layer, sheer tulle overlay has a beautiful, floral applique that starts at the bust. The second layer of tulle on the bottom half of the dress creates a soft, flowy, romantic feel. A sewn-in satin sash sinches the design in at the waist. The dress zips up from the back, with a hidden zipper.

I am usually a size 10 and this size 12 dress fits comfortably, with a bit of breathing room. I think the dress runs true to size and, as the material has some stretch to it, I would expect it to fit to form on someone who is typically a size 12. Depending on your preference for a slightly more relaxed or tighter fit, the dress would suit anyone who usually wears a size 10 or 12.

I am asking for less than 50% of the price that I paid, which is a steal of a deal, as the dress has never been worn! The dress was bought new, the original tag is still attached, it's in original condition with no alterations or damage, and it has been stored in a garment bag. I have only tried the dress on twice - once when I purchased it and another time to take photos for this advertisement.
