The Dress

The attention to detail on this dress is phenomenal! The lace and beading work in spectacular harmony with each other to form a map of beauty. The lines and curves of the beading create a perfect hourglass illusion and will flatter any figure. This dress offers a sexy deep V in the front along with sheer lace covering the back and sides located right above the hips. Five layers of fabric make up the dress. The first being just a white satin sheath that is the innermost layer. The next is a light rum satin layer with the ivory tulle layer over it. The last two layers are complementary designs of ivory lace. The train is adorned with fabric-covered buttons for a timeless feel. The dress can be worn strapless, off-the-shoulder or with spaghetti straps. I wore the dress with the off-the-shoulder straps for the ceremony and then took them off for the reception and went strapless. I had no issues with it staying up! While the dress is form fitting from the hips up, I was easily able to dance for HOURS and was never uncomfortable! I’ve never felt so beautiful in a piece of clothing and hope this dress can make someone else feel just as beautiful! Do not hesitate to reach out and ask any questions!

Alterations

The dress was hemmed to my height with heels on at 5’8”. The hem falls just past my toes so I could walk easily without tripping, but my feet and shoes would be covered by the dress when standing. Bra cups were added with just a few stitches and can be easily taken out. The waist was brought in to fit my waist of 29”. A 3 point American bustle was added.
