The Dress

I truly felt like a princess in this dress and was comfortable in it for hours ceremony to into the wee hours of the night dancing. There are buttons that go all the way down, cloth ivory with every few a clear glimmering button.
The dress has been preserved in a keep sake box with acid free paper done by the professional dry cleaners. I just took it out of the box to take pictures.

Alterations

Dress was altered from size 10 to fit me, I usually wear a size 4, 5ft 8 in and had it fit to wear flats. The seamstress also added lace to make the cap sleeves, a key-hole back and edged the bottom of the gown with matching lace. A hook was added to the back of the gown to button up for after the ceremony.
