The Dress

Brand new, never worn, gorgeous Stella York wedding dress! This dress is made of a beautiful crepe fabric with an illusion neckline and flowers and vines applique on the dress that also wrap around and frame the back (and provide support for the bust!). It's so classy and elegant! I bought this gorgeous wedding dress from Kleinfeld's NYC showroom in 2022.

I showed up at the showroom alone, took only 1 photo of me in the dress, and then had it exquisitely tailored right there. When I picked the dress up, Kleinfeld had packed the dress into its signature "paper form mannequin." Since I've cancelled my wedding, the dress has remained packed in its Kleinfeld's mannequin ever since.

It's never been worn other than my initial fitting at the Kleinfeld NYC showroom. I'd love to have another bride wear it on her beautiful day!

Elevated and all-natural, this modern crepe wedding dress with scalloped train from Stella York is stunning in all the right places. The high illusion neckline is the focal point of this organic-inspired bodice, featuring asymmetrical floral laces that seem to wildly grow over the collarbone. The flourishing petals and vine-like structures of the laces gently curve over the plunging sweetheart neckline and side cutouts of the fitted crepe silhouette, creating striking contrast and negative space elements that are utterly exquisite. Finally, the laser-cut crepe creates a gorgeous scalloped train feature—finished with hand-placed laces along the hem for an all-natural beauty from head to toe.

Alterations

The dress is a U.S. size 10. I had it tailored to fit my bust and hips. (I'm in between a size 6 and 8). No fabric was cut from the body of the gown and the dress can be tailored back to a size 10. I did have about 3-5 inches cut from the train to make it more manageable to walk in (the seamstress hand stitched the flowers back onto the hem). and bustled (American style). The dress is hemmed to fit a height of 5'9" with heels.
