The Dress

GORGEOUS gown will make you feel like a PRINCESS on your wedding day!!

I adored the cascading ruffles the moment I saw it and knew it was the one. Although I usually stray away from embroidery, the work on this one is exquisitely done - sequins are subtle, but catch the light when you spin and it's just stunning. I got sooo many compliments on this dress, I think it is trendy yet timeless, and it will look great on any body type. The dress was so light and easy to move in, I wore it all night and danced for 2+ hours in it. I was worried that the straps would be falling off my shoulders since it is backless, but it never once fell down or was an issue at all. The bodice of it is very thick/structured which is exactly what I wanted to get that smooth, curvy shape to my body. The length of the dress came right to the floor so it covered my shoes which meant I switched out of my 4" heels and into sandals for dancing after the ceremony and no one knew! I felt so secure and beautiful in this dress, I truly recommend to anyone dreaming of a princess-style dress.

Alterations

HARDLY any alterations. TLDR: removed train, shortened straps, and added cups.

As you can see, this dress is already a ballgown, so I ended up getting the train removed since I wanted to wear it all night and be able to dance in it, and it was already bulky enough without bustling a train in my opinion. I do still have the leftover tulle that was cut off from the train, so you could make a beautiful veil out of it! I will include it in the box. This dress came exactly to the floor for me (I'm 5'5 without shoes, and I wore 4" heels for my ceremony and then ended up switching to sandals for dancing).

I also had the straps shortened for me, but I'm sure a tailor could easily reverse that if needed.

I also had cups added, but again those were lightly sewn in and could be taken out in two seconds if needed.
