The Dress

I am selling separates by Anna Campbell, the Isla Skirt and a one off design sample piece, the Silk Tie Top. Price is for the top and skirt and would prefer to sell together, however may consider selling separately.

I am 169cm tall and wore 8cm heels. Both the top and skirt fit me well when I was approx size 8 for the wedding, and size 10 when I bought it.

The Isla Skirt (RRP $3999) is a feminine and playful addition to the Anna Campbell bridal separates collection. The skirt is XXS. It is in good condition, the only damage is at the bottom of the skirt and only evident on close inspection, some of the beads may have come off (hard to tell) and some sequins have come away, but still attached. There are no stains on the outside, the crepe hem lining is a little dirty from dragging on the floor, but not visible when wearing. It has not been dry cleaned yet either. The Silk Tie Top is a Anna Campbell one off design sample piece that was never produced. Its labeled as XS and is beautiful, fine silk. The tie completely removes from the top and can be tied in any way. I went for a big floppy bow, but also tested a neater small bow, and a mens tie style. I secured it on the day with a pin and it did not budge. It's in good condition, the silk has a small snag that is only visible on close inspection, next to the bow. There will be a few tiny holes in the tie piece from pinning it in place, only visible when the tie is removed from the top. There are no stains. Happy to send more pics of the top on request.

It was a really unique and versatile outfit, with a one of a kind top. It looked great with a jacket and I changed into pants for some dancing!

Please note, I did not wear a bra or any breast tape. I wore surgical tape over my nipples. The silk is very fine and the lines of any thick tape or silicone was visible. I had absolutely no issue with moving around and was never worried about showing too much, even when bending over, the heaviness of the bow kept it in place and the "V" neck stayed touching my skin. The straps also stayed in place. I'm a B-C cup.

Has not been dry cleaned, worn on 29/7/22. Already reflected in cost.

Alterations

Alterations by Brides of Brighton (highly recommend)
Top:
- Straps shortened with excess anchored behind invisibly
- Hemlines 'finished', one off sample piece so not quite complete, taken into account with pricing.
Skirt:
- Hemmed front
- Hemmed crepe layers to make walking easier
- Train remains original length
- Wrist ribbon added at center back hemline
- No alterations to the waist
