This dress was a floor sample. It is in near perfect condition, never officially worn although there is writing inside the dress that is not visible at all on the outside ( because it was a sample). It says it's a 12 but I'd argue it fits like a 10, the fabric is not stretchy.
The dress material is a mixture of sequins and lace.
