The Dress

Price negotiable-Silk shantung 1996 wedding dress. The model is 5'6". I was 5'8" when I wore it. There is room to let it out if it is too tight. Your chest could be bigger than the model's and it could still fit. There was a little extra room in there :)

I tried to show all the detail of the beautiful beading and fabric (which has a rich grain to it), but if you want any more pics, I'd be happy to send. I tried to get the front of the skirt part in the last picture, and although it's not a good pic, if you zoom in you can see the design. There is no tag, so I took a guess on the size based on what the model usually wears. The dress is in perfect condition. It was dry cleaned after being worn, and has been wrapped in a sheet (as recommended by my drycleaner) since. There are little loops on the back to bustle it up under the roses.

This dress is so beautiful - I felt like a princess in it and am just now finally able to let it find a good home with another bride who I hope will feel fantastic in it, too. I’m not firm on the price, just want someone to love it 😊

Alterations

The dress was taken in and up for me. There is extra room through the bodice and down the sleeves. You could probably get and inch through the bodice at the waist, but 2 inches in other areas. The sleeves have almost 2 inches of extra fabric in the seam.
