We are aware of sellers copying our designs and using cheap, low quality fabric. Boom Blush is a company based in New Zealand and our dresses are only available on our Etsy site or our website www.boomblush.com. All our dresses are made of luxurious laces, designed and embroidered for our brand in small quantities and produced ethically and efficiently to minimize the impact on the environment. We are taking legal action again sellers copying our designs and would appreciate if you would send us any links to copies you find. Thank you!

Processing time.

The time required to prepare an order for dispatch varies with each request. Typically it varies between 2-6 months because each dress is made by hand and not mass produced in a factory. Timing depends on several factors – your wedding date, availability of fabrics and the status of our current production schedule. Further to the above, we recommend to have at least one month between the scheduled delivery date and the wedding date to ensure that you have time to attend to any alterations that may be necessary. Rush orders are available for a shorter timeframe, please contact us.

Measurements.

Measurements will be advised upon order. A detailed measurement guide will be provided as it is advised to get your measurements professionally taken at a seamstress/tailor and then send them through to us. This will allow the production team to determine the best size for you. All dresses are produced in a standard size range set by Boom Blush (size 6-16 UK) and to your height. Please note plus sizes will be discussed individually as they require more detailed measurements.

What happens if I lose or put on weight?

Alterations are always doable if you lose or put on a bit a weight (maximum 4cm). However, we can place the order within the current size range to reserve the fabric and confirm the measurements later (no later than 6 weeks before you need your dress).

How will it be shipped?

All wedding gowns are shipped by Fedex express and the delivery takes 3-5 working days, no matter where in the world you are.

We understand how important the ordering of your wedding gown is and our team are there for you throughout the entire process.
