The Dress
I bought this dress right at the start of COVID. We had to shift our wedding plans to a summer elopement, so I decided to remove the sleeves. Personally I think the dress looks better without them! I still have the sleeves if you want them sewn back on. The dress was absolutely stunning with a simple veil blowing in the wind. My cup size is between A & B, so I wore the dress with stick-on bra cups and a little fashion tape to secure things, but the double-lined fabric is sturdy enough that you could sew in bra cups. Fun fact about this dress: a family friend in Minnesota made the alterations. She used to be a seamstress for Prince (yes, that Prince) when he was still alive. Some of his outfits on display at Paisley Park were made by her.
