The Dress

Stunning boho/beach rustic style wedding dress. You can see from my photos and video how I styled up my wedding dress to fit in perfectly with my wedding day. Lorraine by Rebecca Ingram is classy, floaty and breathable and was absolutely perfect for a hot summers day. The low back, spaghetti straps, sweetheart neckline and split allow for that touch of feeling sexy whilst still staying pretty and classy.

I am a low confident “plus size” bride who wasn’t sure about wearing a wedding dress, but I could not have felt more confident in this dress on the day (or received more compliments!).

As you can see from my brief wedding video I uploaded. I changed in the evening, so this dress, is coming from a well loved home, worn by an extremely happy bride for only about 5 hours!

I hope someone can go on give it as much love, happiness and fun as I did!

Alterations

I had some boning added to the front of the dress to help my asymmetric boobs, but as you can tell from photos this just helps give a flattering structure. I hade some of the train removed, so that the train follows you just a little as you walk, still feels super glamorous without having to much material to manage & the split in the dress was lifted about an inch higher than standard. All can be seen clearly in photos and video.
