About the Dress

Couture Phillipa Lepley Gown worn in May 2022.

A classically beautiful, corseted high-neck wedding dress with a bespoke embroidered tulle bodice, designed in-house, hand-sewn and decorated with pearls.

A fluid, silk satin organza skirt, and a dramatic train result in a fairy-tale yet contemporary look.

I loved wearing this dress for my wedding, it was incredibly comfortable! The corset style top gives a very flattering waist line, and the skirt moves so gracefully.

I'm a size 8 normally and 5ft 2. I also wore 3 1/2 inch heels on the day.

Phillipa Lepley are often happy to work with brides who purchase a second hand dress, so if you needed any alterations you could always consider having them work on it.

The dress cost over £12,000 as it was couture and made for me. I have also had it professionally dry cleaned by the company recommended at Phillipa Lepley - Bentley Garment Care, at a cost of £349.00. I have included the photos from the dry cleaner to help illustrate some of the marks on the bottom and underneath of the skirt.

I have placed the listing on at the price recommended by Still White. I am however very happy to discuss price and for the dress to be tried on - I would love for someone to enjoy this dress just like I did, rather than it sit in a box!
