The Dress

This gorgeous Stella York dress absolutely made me feel beautiful on my wedding day. It is extremely flattering and comfortable to wear. I was pleasantly surprised as I'm not usually one to dress up, so was worried about it, but I wore it for about 12 hours straight and wasn't bothered at all. It's easy to sit in, despite the added boning. The train is absolutely beautiful and the dress features buttons from the top of the dress through to the bottom of the train. It has an added support strap inside to keep everything where it's meant to be, and an easy zip up. It also features a cute little belt that hides the seam between the bodice and the skirt. But the best feature - pockets! It is such a timeless dress and hasn't aged, despite being from the 2020 collection. I'm also happy to include the veil pictured if you'd like it - it's floor length and plain tulle with a comb, very lightweight. I hardly noticed I was wearing it at all.

Alterations

This dress has had a bustle added and extra boning put through the bodice for added shape. It also has had 2 cups added on each side for extra support. The dress is sized a size 16, however has been bought in 2 dress sizes, so would fit as a size 12 on top (the bottom allows for extra size due to the style).
