The Dress
This was my dream dress and I have no regrets about wearing it on the best day of my life.
It fitted like a glove and was so comfortable. I love the illusion back, and the beading and lace detail on the bodice is beautiful. The train is my favourite part- the lace work is unbelievable.
Dry cleaned after use, it looks good-as-new. I would love for someone else to be able to get a perfect day out of it now I’ve had mine.
Alterations
Hemmed to fit a 5ft3inch frame wearing 8.9cm heels. The dress just covered the top of my toes at the front and made it very easy to walk without fear of tripping.
Taken in 1-2cm at the side around my hips.
No other alterations.
I am normally a size 8 Aus (occasionally a 9 for pants) and am widest at my hips/bum.
