The Dress
This dress made me feel amazing! Not only is it extremely comfortable, it's also an eye catcher. In a video from our wedding you can hear someone say "Now that's a dress!". It was exceptionally comfortable and cool for a late July wedding, and I got compliments on it all night long. We took the majority of our group photographs outside, so the underside of the train had some minor staining. However, I had the dress professionally cleaned and stored in a protective box so that it is like new. The overall weight of the dress is heavy while carrying it (due to the material and the beading), however once it is on you can't even tell.
Alterations
The dress has been altered from its original design. I had a nude liner put in the front of the bodice so that it was not sheer (you could originally see the boning and it was corset-like). I also had it hemmed and small hooks installed for the bustle (my maid of honor had no problem hooking them up for dancing). I also had cups put in the bust.
