The Dress

Comfort is key in this crepe fit and flare gown lined in Jersey for effortless movement. Embroidered lace appliques adorn the bodice and continue into the top of the skirt at the hips. Covered buttons begin at the top of the back illusion neckline and cascade down to the end of the chapel length train.

This dress was worn once for our pandemic wedding in 2020. Hands down is one of the most comfortable dresses I've ever worn. It was SO easy to move and dance in it.

While the dress was ordered in a bridal size 10, its had significant alterations to take it in (it was ordered in a size 10 due to my hip size, but the top half was brought in to fit closer to a bridal size 6/8). If you are a petite, pear-shaped person looking for a great deal on a designer wedding dress thats already altered, this dress would be perfect for you!

It has not been dry cleaned so there is some very minor dirt staining at the end of the dress (that will easily come out with cleaning). Other than that, there is no damage or visible wear on the dress and its in excellent condition.

Alterations

The dress has been altered to fit a shorter/petite frame (see size measurements) and C cups have been sewn in. My bra size is a 32C, for reference. Additional lace appliqués were added into the back to create more coverage than the original dress had (purchased directly from Sincerity Bridal so they are exact matches). A three point bustle was also added to the back of the dress for the train and the buttons are hidden along the under-butt seam of the dress so they are not noticeable (message me if you'd like to see photos of how the dress looks when bustled. I usually hate how bustles look but my seamstress did a phenomenal job at making this not look bulky or weird)
