The Dress
This is a brand new dress with tags still attached. It has been altered to fit my 5' frame. I had padding added to cups for push up support, a tan colored, wool lining sewn in (planned to wear in cold weather), bustle added, and length taken off the bottom. This dress has been kept in protective bag since purchase.
