The Dress

This absolutely stunning dress that I bought for our vow renewal this year is a classic with modern details, the spaghetti straps are delicately beaded, which lead to a plunging v neck which also leads to a low scooping back which is extremely flattering.
The fit and flare silhouette is perfect for showing off or even creating curves, the 1305 design has 4 layers of different lace which add to the exquisite workmanship, the 3rd layer of lace is full of sparkle which gives the perfect amount of sparkle.
The train is large and really is a show stopper! It is embellished with beading and 3d lace flowers of all different sizes, with scalloped flower edging which also goes to the front of the dress where 3d flowers trail up the dress.
The details also include ivory buttons to match the dress going from the low back all the way to the end of the train.

I ordered the ivory and honey colour, the honey colour fabric underneath the skirt added that extra something as I wasn’t looking for an all white dress.

This dress is just something special, i can’t describe the feeling it gave me..it makes you feel special! I tried on quite a few and this was just something else!

The dress fits so comfortably, there’s some minor structure in the top half to give it that shape but it fit like a glove, I only wore this dress for 5 hours as we had a small intimate ceremony, so I never had the dress made into a bustle which I was i was told I could have done if I wanted so it been totally untouched when it come to alterations…the dress had no alterations in length either, I'm 5ft 7 and I wore 10 cm heels and as you can see from the photos it’s the perfect length with heels on.

I wore the dress for 5 hours and part of that 5 hours was taking photos, luckily for us the weather was perfect so even when we walked through the grass there was no mud, i did walk over the stoney path to go to our cermomy but there is no damage done to the dress but would advise a dry clean.
