Beautiful satin gown. Needs a strong bustle. Has a waist trainer/corset in it so it stays super snug on your body, I never had to pull it up and my shoulders never ached from the straps! I bought this dress because I loved the see-thru portion on the sides, I loved the bit of sparkle it had on the sides and on the buttons running down the back. I really loved having the waist trainer built into it, I felt so secure! Since my shoes were tall, my hem was never altered.
Alterations
The straps were taken in to fit my shoulders.
An extra hook was added in the back to hide the zipper.
The padding in the bust was sewn in more the ensure they didn't move.
A bustle was added, but part of it was removed (NO DAMAGE TO THE DRESS. there was a button they added for the bustle that popped off at the wedding)
