About the Dress

Brand new with tags! I bought this dress but had my moment in a different dress. This dress has never been worn or altered. I do have the cap sleeves tucked in the photos, I was planning on altering them to thick straps. My left shoulder in the first photo is an accurate photo of the sleeve untucked.
