The Dress

This dress took my breath away! The photos are from my actual wedding (Nov 2021) and do not do the material justice - it is a thick, pearly-coloured mikado and has a very unique lux aesthetic that is like no other dress I tried on.
The cut and flow is super flattering if you are a fine/less curvy build like me. I felt like an absolute princess in it. It has pockets which was a bonus (came in so handy for my phone and tissues), and the button detail extends all the way down the back to the end of the train.

The dress was professionally tailored by the Raffaele Ciuca alterations service (I'm normally a size 8 AU). I had the waist belt detail added which could be easily removed if you like a more minimalist look as it has only been attached by a few darts. I also had padded cups added which could also be easily removed, and 3 bustles added to the back of the dress to hold up the long train for ease of getting around/dancing (pictured in one of the photos of my side profile).
The dress has been professionally dry-cleaned by Syndal's Bridal Dry Cleaners January 2022 and is in perfect condition. I would be happy to send the dry cleaning certificate or more photos/videos on request.
One thing I would note is that the dress is quite heavy with the thickness of the premium material and also being so elaborate with many layers of tule underneath. However, I didn't feel it was wearing me down at all throughout the day.
