The Dress

I absolutely loved getting to wear this dress on my wedding day. It was very comfortable to wear and I liked how it framed my curvy butt. I think my favourite thing about the dress was the unique pattern of the lace - it was just a little bit different from anything else I'd seen.

I'm six foot tall (without heels) so the front of the dress wasn't quite floor length on me when wearing heels - the dress did touch the floor without heels.

It's a beautiful dress and in excellent condition. I only wore the dress for about 5 hours as my husband and I had a small ceremony with dinner afterwards. This dress would love to be taken on the dance floor. :) It has a fabric underneath the lace which has a slight shimmer so it picks up the light beautifully without overdoing it on the sparkle.

I will also include my veil - it's a long veil with a slight shimmer.

Alterations

The dress was purchased off the rack as a size 10 which was a little too large for me around the bust. It was professionally altered. Cups were added (they can be removed), the bodice was tightened and the straps were made slightly shorter. It has a small amount of train that can be bustled, a small button was added for this.
