The Dress

I'm selling my beautiful wedding dress that I wore in the summer, 2021. I bought the dress in 2020 when the design was new-in from Brides by Solo in Cambridgeshire, UK. The dress is a modern boho style and I wore it at a festival themed outdoor wedding with a pair of heels. Guests commented that the dress is stunning in the flesh and that the photos didn't do it justice. The train at the back is a sight to behold and is embroidered with individual three dimensional flower petals, leaves, and beads. Helpfully, the dress has a bustle at the back which once pinned up made it easy to dance and walk around after the ceremony. There is also a hook for your finger under the petticoats if you prefer to hold up the dress at the side when walking around. The dress is a cream/ivory colour. The fabric underneath the tulle is jersey. This means it is very comfortable to wear. In fact, I wore this dress all day and didn't need to change into another outfit for the evening. I've since had it professionally cleaned by Brides by Solo (I can share the receipt as proof if required). The shop individually cleaned each leaf and the dress looks as good as it did the day that I bought it.

Alterations

I took the dress to a professional seamstress in Cambridge before my wedding. A small amount of length was taken from the bottom of the dress and she sewed in a hook at the back to allow the bustle to be securely fastened after the ceremony. She said it was a good quality dress and therefore you will be able to make further alterations if required.

I'm 5 ft 4 and usually a UK size 10. I've put the current measurements of the dress below in inches. It's been measured by a professional after cleaning.
