The Dress

Truly the dress of my dreams..I felt like a queen!
I must have tried on over 100 dresses, and this gown far exceeded all the others!
I purchased this Monique Lhuillier Marbella gown at Mark Ingram in NYC.
I loved that it felt so regal, yet so effortless at the same time. I wanted something timeless and classic but still fun and on trend, and this dress hit all the marks.
The back detail is so unique and adds a fun flair.
I am 125-130lbs (fluctuated slightly around the time of the wedding), with a bra size of 34/36C. I am just under 5'5 but wore the Loeffler Randall Camellia shoe which has a 3.5in heel.
I did alter the dress to align with my height and took in the band around the chest area so it wasn't as thick and drapey.
I am also selling the matching Monique Lhuillier Magnificent veil (also purchased from Mark Ingram) which was a show-stopper and the perfect finishing touch.. it provided the added drama that I needed for walking down the aisle!
